Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags intact.

How to start: raise a request from your account or email ecom.msd@mafatlals.com with your order number. Once approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a free replacement or full refund.

Non-returnable: clearance and made-to-order items, and gift cards.
